My Bio
I am a newly retired science/environmental education teacher. My wife, Lisa, is the nutritionist /head cook for the school and oversees a staff that prepares
about 3500 meals each week. (We eat out a lot in PV) Our trips to PV and other parts of Mexico are pretty much dictated by the school calendar. Usually head
south in June and Oct.
